Some Art-Impact clients will be responsible for paying sales tax. The law states that Art-Impact will need to collect sales tax if a buyer resides in the same state as the physical location of our business, which is Illinois.

If we are shipping to an address within Illinois, expect to be charged a 9% sales tax. Art-Impact will not collect sales tax on any shipments made outside of Illinois. Also, if you are a commercial designer or art buyer and can provide adequate credentials (Federal Tax ID number and/or Resale Tax ID number), sales tax will be waived accordingly.
